Our Services

At Oasis we aim to fully understand all the issues impacting the families who come to us and support them for as long as they need our help, rather than offering assistance for a finite period of time which often yields little if no improvement at all.

Below we have outlined the services we currently provide. As we have seen over the years, the needs of families who come to us change, which in turn has led us to adapt the nature of our support and change the services we offer. Our organisation may further evolve as societal and economic pressures change over time.

  • Outreach

Our work with families begins and ends with Outreach. We respond quickly to support families, working with each one to identify their challenges. These are addressed by putting in place a holistic plan to help our clients make step improvements in their lives.

  • Signposting

We signpost families to services we cannot provide, such as addiction services, housing organisations, health services, Chrstians Against Poverty and the Citizen’s Advice Bureau for advice relating to debt and benefits.

  • Advocacy

We advocate on behalf of families to these services when they lack the confidence to contact them and/or distrust them.

  • Crisis Support
